Part VII - The Long Awaited Update

It has been many months since I have updated the blog... but the B5 is still being built! I have named the car Bdö and enjoyed every last minute with her. Since the last update, I have been fixing issues as I've come across them. From brake pads, to oil changes, to reservoirs (damn cracks...), everything has been getting changed. The car is surprisingly solid, seeing how the previous owners didn't take care of it at all. In September of 2014, I moved to Connecticut but moved back to Florida in November. The car made it up and back without any issues. Although, finding out you have a flat spare tire when one of your tires goes flat wasn't entirely enjoyable haha. At the beginning of 2015, I started putting money into actually modding the car. So far I've replaced the motor mounts with solid racing mounts from Stern, got the car flashed to APR Stage 1, installed a Forge Diverter Valve and a CX Racing FMIC. It's currently pushing around 17 psi. The next step is going to be replacing the clutch as it's starting to slip. I've also purchased a European license plate, a boost gauge, a rear lip spoiler, a shift knob and a shift boot. (Not really performance mods, but mods nonetheless.) There's more to come, and this year I'll stay a little more on top of updating this thing!
Stern solid racing mounts and snub mount.
Installing the solid mounts. Surprisingly easy.

Installed!
Forge DV008!
Fuckin' fast shift knob and black leather / red stitched boot.
Installing the boost gauge.
Removed the front end and took out the stock intercooler.
Had to replace the coolant reservoir. OEM one cracked.
Mounted the intercooler.
FMIC installed, but the bumper didn't fit. Had to cut it.
Trunk lip spoiler. (The stickers add 10 hp as well!)
Finally got the bumper cut to fit the intercooler.

Baddest brother sister B5's! Bdö and my little sis's A4 (she's faster than me... but only for now.)
